Introduction

FitFlex is a mobile fitness app designed to help users stay consistent with their health goals by tracking both workouts and diet in one place. The app makes it easy to log daily exercises, monitor nutrition, and visualize progress over time. With FitFlex, users can build sustainable habits and achieve long-term fitness results.

Authentication

The sign-in screen provides users with a simple and secure entry point to the app. They can log in using email and password, create a new account, or choose quick access through third-party providers like Facebook, Google, or Apple. A clear “Forgot Password” option ensures account recovery, while the minimal design keeps the focus on ease of access.

Home

The home screen offers a clear snapshot of daily and weekly progress. A progress ring highlights goal completion across cardio, strength, and flexibility, while key metrics—calories, water intake, steps, and distance—are displayed in bold, easy-to-read tiles. Users can quickly log new workouts and meals, track personalized stats like heart rate, weight, and sleep, and take on daily challenges such as planking or deadlifting. This design makes essential health data instantly accessible while motivating users with actionable goals and interactive challenges.

Workout Tracking

The Workout screen organizes recent activities with details like duration and calories burned, while filters at the top help users quickly sort by category (cardio, strength, flexibility, etc.). A floating action button gives quick access to workout tracking, allowing users to start, pause, or stop a session in real time. The tracker also syncs seamlessly with smartwatches, ensuring workouts are logged automatically and saved without extra steps. This design streamlines both manual logging and wearable integration, making activity tracking effortless.

Diet Tracking

The Diet screen helps users monitor nutrition with a clear breakdown of calories, proteins, fats, and carbs—viewable daily or weekly. A Meal Planner makes it easy to log breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks, while the search bar and recent meals list allow for quick entry of commonly eaten foods. Each meal card displays key nutrition details at a glance, with the option to dive deeper for specifics. This design streamlines food logging while giving users an instant overview of how their diet aligns with their fitness goals.

Profile Management

The profile screen gives users a personalized overview with key details such as age, weight, and height displayed prominently at the top. From here, users can edit their profile, adjust settings, and manage daily fitness goals, ensuring the app stays tailored to their needs. A simple, clean layout keeps essential actions—like updating goals or logging out—quick and accessible.
